These terms govern your use of Hustack ("the service"). By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to these terms. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
1. The service
Hustack is a connected CRM workspace for B2B teams, providing accounts, contacts, opportunities, leads, reports and contract linking. The service is delivered as a hosted web application and may evolve during early access.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens inside your workspace. Each workspace is intended for a single organisation and its team members.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other workspaces, no reverse engineering, no automated scraping outside of permitted APIs, and no use of the service to send spam or malicious content to third parties.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the customer data you put into Hustack. We process that data on your behalf in order to operate the service, in line with the privacy notice. You can export or request deletion of your workspace data at any time.
5. Early access
During early access, Hustack may evolve quickly. Features, limits, performance and pricing may change without notice. The service is provided "as is" and we do not offer formal availability guarantees during this period.
6. Pricing and billing
Early access workspaces are currently free. When paid plans become available, we will give reasonable notice before any change applies to your workspace. Taxes, where applicable, are added in line with local rules.
7. Third-party services
Hustack integrates with third-party services such as Microsoft 365 / SharePoint when you choose to connect them. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Hustack at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if usage threatens the security or integrity of the service, or if required by law. We will give reasonable notice where practical.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hustack is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data beyond what is required by mandatory law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email to the workspace owner before taking effect.
